Thank you for shopping at Total KBeauty.  We want you to be happy with each purchase you make.  If you want to replace a damaged item or cancel an order that hasn’t shipped out yet, we will gladly do it.

• If you decide to return an item, simply e-mail us at hello@totalkbeauty.com

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise for return instructions and credit processing. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return freight charges, unless there is an issue with the order such as wrong item shipped.

• Sale items and products purchased with gift cards cannot be returned.
  
  

• Remember, all products must be in their original boxes and opened products cannot be returned. After we receive returned products, you will get a full refund.
